Подія, організована Тренінговим центром прокурорів України, стала простором, де зустрілися інновації, досвід і натхнення. | The event, organized by the Training Center for Prosecutors of Ukraine, became a space where innovation, experience, and inspiration came together.
Серед TED-виступів, які задали тон усьому заходу, — презентація співзасновників ГО «Чистий Аркуш» @igor_tridub та @valbo___ , а також запрошена гостя @oleksandra__zakharova_ | Among the TED talks that set the tone for the entire event were presentations by the co-founders of the NGO “Clear Paper” @igor_tridub and @valbo___, as well as guest speaker @oleksandra__zakharova_.
Тема — «Симуляція, де ніхто не знає фіналу: навчання в умовах непередбачуваності». | The theme was “Simulation where no one knows the outcome: learning in conditions of unpredictability.”
Вони показали, як рольові симуляційні вправи можуть змінювати навчання — коли немає готових відповідей, лише дії, наслідки й рефлексія. Такий формат допомагає формувати критичне мислення, емпатію та людиноцентричний підхід — навіть у найскладніших юридичних і соціальних процесах. | They showed how role-playing simulation exercises can change learning—when there are no ready answers, only actions, consequences, and reflection. This format helps to develop critical thinking, empathy, and a human-centered approach — even in the most complex legal and social processes.
📚 Конференція об’єднала фахівців та фахівчинь із різних сфер: тренерів/-ок, науковців, експертів/-ок, освітян і міжнародних партнерів.
Обговорювали тренди, які вже формують майбутнє професійного розвитку — від штучного інтелекту й VR до гейміфікації та симуляційного навчання. | The conference brought together specialists from various fields: trainers, researchers, experts, educators, and international partners. They discussed trends that are already shaping the future of professional development—from artificial intelligence and VR to gamification and simulation training.
💡 Після виступу — не лише нові інсайти, а й цілий спектр емоцій
1️⃣ Формат TED — це не просто про виступ, це про ідею, яка надихає на зміни.
2️⃣ Короткий виступ у межах 15 хвилин — це результат глибокої підготовки, аналізу та відбору найважливішого.
3️⃣ Найцінніше — коли бачиш живу реакцію людей, які хочуть продовжити й розвинути ідею.
4️⃣І головне — хвилювання перетворюється на енергію, коли ділишся тим, що надихає.
5️⃣ Кожен такий досвід — ще одне підтвердження, що зміни починаються з тих, хто готовий навчати і вчитися по-новому.
💡 After the presentation — not only new insights, but also a whole range of emotions
1️⃣ The TED format is not just about the presentation, it’s about an idea that inspires change.
2️⃣ A short presentation of up to 15 minutes is the result of thorough preparation, analysis, and selection of the most important points.
3️⃣ The most valuable thing is seeing the live reaction of people who want to continue and develop the idea.
4️⃣ And most importantly, excitement turns into energy when you share what inspires you.
5️⃣ Each such experience is further confirmation that change begins with those who are ready to teach and learn in new ways.
