Весняна школа з розслідування злочинів торгівля людьми – відбулася!

 

       

 

З 12 по 16 травня у Львові пройшла Весняна школа для здобувачів і здобувачок освіти, викладачів та викладачок навчальних закладів системи МВС України. Захід відбувся в межах спільного проєкту Програми підтримки ОБСЄ для України, Міністерства внутрішніх справ України та Національної поліції України.

 

 

Протягом 5 днів учасники та учасниці:

– опрацьовували новели законодавства у сфері протидії торгівлі людьми;

– поглиблювали знання щодо форм, причин і наслідків цього злочину;

– навчалися ефективному використанню інтерактивних методів та симуляційних вправ у підготовці курсантів та курсанток;

– розглядали тактичні особливості слідчих (розшукових) дій;

– досліджували роль міжвідомчої взаємодії та національного механізму перенаправлення осіб, які постраждали від торгівлі людьми.

 

Експертний склад був потужним та натхненним: Валентин Боровиков та Ігор Тридуб – співзасновники ГО «Чистий Аркуш», національні експерти з протидії торгівлі людьми;

Олександра Захарова – завідувачка відділення практичного навчання Львівського державного університету внутрішніх справ;

Олег Рикун – експерт Тренінгового центру прокурорів України;

Владислав Булавін – спеціаліст з кібербезпеки.

 

 

 

 

Серед активностей:

– симуляційні вправи на основі реальних кейсів;

– міні-квест «Галопом по Європі»;

– творчі завдання й командна робота над освітніми модулями;

– обговорення практичного досвіду викладання складних тем;

– вправи з першої психологічної допомоги.

 

       

 

 

Школа стала не лише місцем навчання, а й простором для обміну досвідом, натхнення та зміцнення фахової спільноти.

 

Дякуємо всім учасникам і учасницям, які вкладали свої сили, думки й серце в цей процес. Разом – до ефективної протидії торгівлі людьми в Україні. Захід відбувся в межах спільного проєкту Програми підтримки ОБСЄ для України, Міністерства внутрішніх справ України та Національної поліції України.

The Spring School on Human Trafficking Investigations – Completed!

 

From May 12 to 16, a Spring School was held in Lviv for students and educators from educational institutions within the Ministry of Internal Affairs system of Ukraine. The event was part of a joint project of the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and the National Police of Ukraine.

Over the course of 5 days, participants:

– studied legislative updates in the field of combating human trafficking;

– deepened their knowledge of the forms, causes, and consequences of this crime;

– learned to effectively apply interactive methods and simulation exercises in training cadets;

– examined the tactical specifics of investigative (search) actions;

– explored the role of interagency cooperation and the National Referral Mechanism for people affected by human trafficking.

The expert team was strong and inspiring:

• Valentyn Borovykov and Ihor Trydub – co-founders of NGO “Clear Paper” and national experts on combating human trafficking;

• Oleksandra Zakharova – Head of the Practical Training Department of the Lviv State University of Internal Affairs;

• Oleh Rykun – expert from the Prosecutor’s Training Center of Ukraine;

• Vladyslav Bulavin – cybersecurity specialist.

Activities included:

• • simulation exercises based on real-life cases;

  • a mini-quest “Galloping through Europe”;

  • creative tasks and teamwork on educational modules;

  • discussions on practical experiences of teaching complex topics;

  • exercises on providing psychological first aid.

• 

The School became not only a place of learning but also a space for sharing experiences, finding inspiration, and strengthening the professional community.

We thank all the participants who invested their energy, ideas, and hearts into this process.

Together – towards effective counteraction to human trafficking in Ukraine.

This event was held as part of the joint project of the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and the National Police of Ukraine.

Граємо — змінюємо — зростаємо!

Таран Анастасія, представниця ГО «Чистий Аркуш», успішно пройшла курс підготовки фасилітаторок настільної гри-симулятора «ГОризонт змін» від Міжнародної організації з міграції (IOM).

 

Ця гра — не просто захопливий інструмент. Це стратегічна платформа для: – керівниць та керівників – представників і представниць громадських організацій, – активісток та активістів, – людей, які прагнуть розвивати свої громади або створити власні ініціативи. «ГОризонт змін» допомагає: оцінити рівень зрілості ГО, ознайомитися з практиками фандрейзингу, зануритись у реальні кейси українського громадського сектору, залучати нових учасників та учасниць до розвитку організацій.

 

Анастасія взяла участь у симуляційних сесіях, пройшла офлайн-навчання, та надалі буде передавати знання. Попереду – ще більше ігор, навчання і дій задля розвитку громадянського суспільства.

We play – we change – we grow!

Anastasia Taran, a representative of the NGO “Clear Paper”, has successfully completed a training course for facilitators of the board game simulator “Horizon of Change” from the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

 

This game is not just a fun tool. It is a strategic platform for: – leaders and managers – representatives of NGOs – activists – people who want to develop their communities or create their own initiatives. “The Horizon of Change helps to: assess the level of maturity of an NGO, learn about fundraising practices, immerse themselves in real cases of the Ukrainian public sector, and engage new members in the development of organizations.

 

Anastasia took part in simulation sessions, completed offline training, and will continue to share her knowledge. More games, training, and actions for the development of civil society are ahead.

Світла пам’ять Анжелі Литвиненко

ГО «Чистий Аркуш» висловлює щирі співчуття з приводу трагічної загибелі Анжели Литвиненко — громадської діячки, експертки, голові Херсонського обласного центру “Успішна жінка”.

Анжела була сильним голосом змін на Херсонщині: боролася за права жінок, протидіяла насильству, торгівлі людьми, підтримувала постраждалих від війни. Її внесок у розвиток громадянського суспільства та захист людської гідності — неоціненний.

Під час окупації Херсона вона не зупинялася — допомагала людям, ризикуючи власним життям. Її відданість справі, принциповість і тепло залишаться в нашій пам’яті.

Світла пам’ять. Щирі співчуття родині, друзям, колегам і всім, кому вона була близькою.

RIP to Anzhela Lytvynenko

NGO “Clear Paper” expresses its sincere condolences on the tragic death of Anzhela Lytvynenko, a public figure, expert, and head of the Kherson Regional Center “Successful Woman”.

Anzhela was a strong voice for change in the Kherson region: she fought for women’s rights, counteracted violence and human trafficking, and supported war victims. Her contribution to the development of civil society and the protection of human dignity is invaluable.

During the occupation of Kherson, she did not stop helping people, risking her own life. Her dedication, integrity and warmth will remain in our memory.

May she rest in peace. My sincere condolences to her family, friends, colleagues and everyone to whom she was close.

Продовжуємо навчання у “Школі управління”!
Юлія Савченко успішно пройшла другий – офлайн-модуль навчальної програми, організованої МОМ.

Цього разу занурилися в практику: живе спілкування, робота над кейсами, тренінги та рефлексія.

 

Протягом чотирьох насичених днів учасники та учасниці прокачували важливі управлінські навички:

1 день – Проєктний менеджмент з Мирославою Жиліною: як формувати мету та етапи проєкту, планувати ресурси, уникати типових ризиків.

2 день – Пітчінг і публічні виступи з Оленою Остапенко: як говорити впевнено,
доносити суть і цінність своїх ідей, утримувати увагу аудиторії.

3 день – Стратегічне мислення зі Світланою Насировою:
як бачити ширшу картину,
аналізувати середовище,
ухвалювати рішення, які працюють в довгостроковій перспективі.

4 день – Переговори з Ольгою Тютюн:
як зберігати суб’єктність у діалозі, шукати win-win рішення, справлятися з маніпуляціями.

 

 

Ми впевнені: отримані знання вже зовсім скоро втіляться в реальних проєктах нашої команди

We continue our studies at the School of Management!
Yulia Savchenko has successfully completed the second offline module of the training program organized by IOM.

This time, we immersed ourselves in practice: live communication, case studies, trainings and reflection.

 

During four intense days, the participants developed important management skills:

Day 1 – Project management with Myroslava Zhylina: how to formulate project goals and stages, plan resources, and avoid common risks.

Day 2 – Pitching and public speaking with Olena Ostapenko: how to speak confidently,
convey the essence and value of your ideas, and keep the audience’s attention.

Day 3 – Strategic thinking with Svitlana Nasirova:
How to see the bigger picture,
analyze the environment,
how to make decisions that work in the long run.

Day 4 – Negotiations with Olga Tyutyun:
How to maintain subjectivity in a dialog, look for win-win solutions, and deal with manipulation.

 

We are confident that the knowledge gained will soon be implemented in real projects of our team

До повномасштабного вторгнення жінка працювала менеджеркою у ТОВ «МСЛ», виховувала двох дітей. З колишнім чоловіком давно не жила, але він спілкувався з дітьми, іноді допомагав.

У 2022 році почався щоденний страх. У квартирі зникло світло — і з дітьми вона була змушена йти до будинку колишнього чоловіка, де був генератор.

Під час одного з таких візитів прийшли російські військові та почали обшук.
Забрали генератор, ліхтарі, речі. У сараї знайшли стару форму колишнього чоловіка — він колись служив у прикордонній службі, а тепер використовував її для господарських справ. Але пояснити цього він не встиг: солдати вдягли йому мішок на голову й силоміць вивели. Все це відбувалося на очах дітей.

 

Жінку змусили разом із військовими повернутись до її квартири. Вона настільки тремтіла, що не могла вставити ключ у замок. Один із солдатів вибухнув агресією — почав бити її. Від болю й страху вона впала зі сходів. Але піднялася. Відкрила двері. Солдати штовхнули її вбік і забрали з квартири все, що мало цінність.

 

Це була точка, з якої вона почала шлях уперед.
 «Я зрозуміла: маю жити. Заради дітей. Заради себе.»

 

Жінка з двома неповнолітніми дітьми переїхала до Харкова, подолавши чимало труднощів. У новому місті вона почала життя з чистого аркуша. Вирішила опанувати професію масажистки.

 

Звернувшись до ГО “Чистий Аркуш”, жінка зазначила, що хоче розпочати власну справу та попросила допомогти пройти курси масажу й придбати стартове обладнання. Їй вдалося успішно завершити навчання, і вже наприкінці курсу вона обладнала невеликий куточок в орендованій квартирі для приймання клієнток і клієнтів.
Вона планує створити затишний простір із сучасним обладнанням — це дозволить їй розширити спектр послуг і залучити ще більше людей.

 

Також жінка отримала допомогу, яка дала їй змогу у короткостроковій перспективі закрити першочергові потреби: продукти харчування, засоби гігієни, сезонний одяг для дітей, а також консультацію юристки.
Жінка вірить, що її історія стане прикладом для інших — показуючи, як сила волі, підтримка й бажання розвиватися допомагають подолати навіть найтяжчі життєві обставини.

Before the full-scale invasion, the woman worked as a manager at MSL LLC and was raising two children. She had long been separated from her ex-husband, but he stayed in contact with the children and occasionally helped out.

In 2022, daily fear set in. When the power went out in their apartment, she and her children were forced to go to her ex-husband’s house, where there was a generator. During one of those visits, Russian soldiers arrived and began a search.
They took the generator, flashlights, and personal belongings. In the shed, they found an old uniform belonging to her ex-husband—he had once served in the border guard and now used it for household chores. But he didn’t have time to explain: the soldiers put a bag over his head and dragged him away by force. All of this happened in front of the children.

The woman was forced to return to her apartment with the soldiers. She was shaking so badly she couldn’t insert the key into the lock. One of the soldiers exploded in anger—he began to beat her. From the pain and fear, she fell down the stairs. But she got up. She opened the door. The soldiers pushed her aside and took everything of value from the apartment.

That was the turning point—the beginning of her journey forward.
“I realized: I have to live. For my children. For myself.”

Together with her two young children, she moved to Kharkiv, overcoming numerous challenges. In this new city, she started her life from a clean slate. She decided to become a massage therapist.

When she turned to the NGO “Clear Paper” , she explained that she wanted to start her own business and asked for help in completing massage training and purchasing basic equipment.
She successfully finished her course, and by the end of it, she had already set up a small corner in her rented apartment to receive clients.

She plans to create a cozy space with modern equipment — this will allow her to expand the range of services and attract even more people.

She also received assistance that helped her meet her family’s immediate needs in the short term: food, hygiene items, seasonal clothing for the children, and legal consultation.

The woman believes that her story can become an example for others—demonstrating how willpower, support, and the desire to grow can help overcome even the toughest life challenges.

 

 

Наша колежанка Тетяна Федорченко пройшла навчання на Кроссекторальному тренінгу МОМ для польових співробітників громадських організацій, який проходив 8–11 квітня у Львові.

 

 

Протягом двох насичених днів учасники та учасниці:

– Обговорювали підходи до локалізації та зміцнення потенціалу організацій
– Працювали над темами сексуального насильства, гендерної рівності, психосоціальної підтримки
– Занурились у теми інклюзивності та залучення осіб з інвалідністю до гуманітарної діяльності
– Досліджували кроссекторальний підхід до роботи у складних умовах

Наша команда отримує не лише знання, а й нові інструменти, щоб допомога була ще професійнішою, ефективнішою та чутливішою до потреб кожної й кожного, хто цього потребує

Our colleague Tetyana Fedorchenko took part in the IOM Cross-Sectoral Training for Field Officers of NGOs, which took place on April 8-11 in Lviv.

 

 

The participants spent two intense days together:

– Discussed approaches to localization and capacity building of organizations
– Worked on the topics of sexual violence, gender equality, and psychosocial support
– We dove into the topics of inclusiveness and involvement of people with disabilities in humanitarian activities
– Explored a cross-sectoral approach to working in difficult conditions

Our team gained not only knowledge, but also new tools to make our assistance even more professional, effective and sensitive to the needs of each and every person in need.

We thank the organizers for the extremely valuable experience!
